Supported Living Arrangement (SLA) services. Supported Living includes in-home and community staffing to assist with activities to help you live your life to the fullest. The ultimate vision is to extend support for all life skills such as health, socialization, home and financial management, job and employment services. Service recipients and their families will be encouraged to be part of the planning process in outlining goals.
RESPITE
SUPPORT
One Crown Services also provides Respite Support and Social Networking opportunities for families. It is important that families, as primary caregivers, have access to the resources they need and can optimize support for their loved ones.
CASE & RESOURCE
MANAGEMENT
Case and Resourse Management is necessary to help people face barriers to living an independent life. One Crown Services provides resource management (Social Security, Medicaid, Housing, SNAP, etc,) so that people have access to basic needs and can focus on achieving life goals. In addition, it is the vision of the organization to provide adequate and on-going education to all team members so optimal services are given.
