It is the mission of One Crown Services to provide individualized services and supports in a compassionate, educated, and socially responsible manner in order to inspire and enhance the lives of people in Northern Nevada.

Jessica Tuakalau
One Crown Services was built on a vision to create a place where all people, especially those who are underserved, have a place and purpose in the community. Mrs. Jessica Tuakalau moved to Reno, NV with her family at a young age and takes pride in being part of the Reno-Sparks community.
Her Polynesian heritage and religious upbringing has been instrumental in understanding how to serve others and lead by example. She completed her coursework at the University of Nevada, Reno, obtaining a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Child and Adolescence in 2010. After working in the field of disabilities for over 13 years, Jessica started One Crown Services LLC as a grassroots organization to implement change for Nevadans with disabilities. Given her experience working with children, adults and families in multiple roles including direct support, leadership, Service Coordinator, and QIDP, Jessica has identified gaps in services and obstacles that have arisen in the past few years.
It is with this that a person-centered, “outside the box” perspective was born to develop programs to help fill those gaps. She has obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management in 2019 in which coursework included business practices, organizational management, and a thesis project analyzing staffing issues and proposing evidence-based change. Jessica, her husband and two children continue to strive for a positive change to help people with disabilities Live Fully.
